0 (FALSE) = This window is currently unavailable, even though it is defined. The VT doesn't allow the operator to assign it. If it has already been assigned, the window cell (s) that it occupies is displayed empty.
Bit 1 = transparent:
If this bit is 1, the background color attribute is not used and the window becomes transparent.
